<Cause>
The picker's slipsheet picker (wedge master) is still detected by the
slipsheet picker UP sensor after lowering. The wedgemaster falls under it's
own weight only, during most operations, except during handing off the
slipsheet to the rollers, when a slight push down is exerted by pistons
inside the plastic slider mounts of the wedgemaster up/down cylinder.
